Physical Therapy

Physical Therapy treatment offers the individual a conservative, natural, and safe way to not only heal the body from injury, but prevent the risk of future injury.  A thorough evaluation at Equilibrium Physical Therapy will assist in identifying muscular weakness, movement dysfunction, connective tissue tightness, and structural malalignment that may interfere with the daily function of an individual’s body.

Through the hands-on, individualized treatment of these impairments, your body can be returned to a state of maximum efficiency and balance. This allows it to, once again, function as it was originally designed. This aids in preventing the risk of future injury, maximizing physical performance, and reducing the natural “wear and tear” associated with the process of aging.
