Our Concierge Approach to Post-Operative Care:
- Discussion with your surgeon and discharge planner
- Phone meeting with your post-op physical therapist before your hospital discharge to discuss your needs
- Meet at home the day of discharge to facilitate transition and review post-operative protocol
- 24/7 e-mail access for correspondence with your PT
Pricing & Packages:
Call us to discuss pricing for home visits with one of our care coordinators. Your insurance can be billed for outpatient home visits which may offset your out of pocket costs. Additional out of pocket fees may apply for services offered in the home to accommodate for travel time. We are happy to verify your benefits and discuss any expense ahead of time so there are never any surprises.
