60 Minute Stretch

Nobody likes to stretch themselves! Compliance and adherence to a self-stretching program is truly the most difficult thing for most folks in the home environment. Even with a well instructed stretching program and all the proper stretching straps and tools, the program never seems to last. Additionally, the intensity and duration of self-stretching never quite matches the way a trainer or physical therapist can challenge you.

Our stretching program begins with a comprehensive musculoskeletal evaluation, followed by a discussion with you about a passive stretching program tailored to you. You can then select either 45-minute stretch sessions with a physical therapist, or 60-minute stretch sessions with a personal trainer.
