Covered by Medicare and private insurance plans!

Whether it’s subtle unsteadiness or noticeable balance challenges, we’ll identify the root cause and build a plan to help you move with confidence.

Getting started is easy!
If you have Medicare, all you need is a simple prescription from your doctor. Many commercial plans don’t even require one.

For Medicare patients:
All you need is a physical therapy prescription with a diagnosis such as “Imbalance” or “Gait Instability.” This can come from your primary care physician, orthopedist, physiatrist or any medical doctor supervising your care. We also recommend asking your doctor to include frequency and duration on their prescription, such as “2x/week for 12 weeks.”

For patients with commercial insurance:
You do not need a prescription to get started. You can begin under direct access for 30 days, then obtain a prescription afterward to continue your stretching plan of care.
