Jessica is a New York City-based yoga instructor passionate about helping others of all ages and abilities maximize their potential for overall health and wellness. Jessica completed her 200-hour RYT teacher training at Yoga Vida in Spring 2015 and went on to complete an advanced mentorship with Kat Fowler at Pure Yoga in early 2016. A full-time pediatric occupational therapist working in a school setting with children with special needs, Jessica has always strived to help others. Jessica sees yoga as a toolbox to improve daily life physically, emotionally, and spiritually on and off the mat and is excited to share these tools with others. Always a student, Jessica is constantly striving to reach her full potential and to help you reach yours.

Couples/Friends Yoga (2 people)
Couples/friends yoga offers an intimate setting to practice with a loved one or best friend. Classes are tailored to your specific needs. Great for gifts and fun for couples! (Limit 2 people).
This is a great option for a small group event with friends or an out of office retreat.
Private Yoga in Your Home
For those who prefer privacy, Jessica will come to your home for private sessions.
After School Program. Max of 8 kids.
Jessica has extensive experience working with children of all ages across many settings. As a full-time occupational therapist working with special education students in an elementary school, Jessica has a passion for helping young people reach their full potential. Jessica sees yoga as both a fun and educational experience for children. Yoga can help children improve overall physical coordination skills, emotional regulation, social skills, behavior, and self-confidence. Whether the event be a birthday party, group class, or private session for a student with special needs, Jessica is available to teach kids yoga in the New York City area.
