Keenan Murphy

Keenan brings a dynamic background in healthcare operations and patient-centered care to Equilibrium, with experience spanning complex health system environments and outpatient rehabilitation settings. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in the Biomedical Sciences, providing a strong foundation in human physiology and clinical care. He is currently pursuing his Master of Health Administration at The George Washington University, where he serves as Board Chair of Professional Development for the Health E-Leaders Association within the Milken Institute School of Public Health. In addition, Keenan serves on both the Administrative and Organizational Development Committees for the Association of Asian Healthcare Leaders. Most recently serving as an Operations Supervisor with RWJBarnabas Health, he is passionate about advancing healthcare delivery through innovation, operational excellence, and a continued commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care. Outside of work, Keenan enjoys training in the gym and playing lacrosse as a former NCAA student-athlete. He lives in Jersey City with his wife and their dog.
